Who are the charities you support?

As a growing company, we don’t yet work with a defined list of notable charities. Instead, we focus on supporting smaller, local charities — primarily within Manchester — where we feel our donations can make a more meaningful impact.

As Metta grows, we hope to build longer-term partnerships with a wider range of charities and causes.

We also welcome suggestions from our customers and community, and are always open to hearing about organisations that align with our values of kindness, wellbeing, and positive impact.

What happens to the charity donation?

With every purchase you make, we donate 25% of our profits to charity.

This doesn’t cost you anything extra, and you don’t need to do anything for it to happen — the donation is automatically calculated and processed by us after your order is placed. It comes from our profit, not as an additional cost at checkout.

This means your purchase directly contributes to supporting charitable causes, with no extra steps or cost to you.

Where are your products made?

All Metta products are designed by us in Greater Manchester, UK.

We always aim to keep production as local as possible to support our community. Our garments are primarily produced through trusted suppliers within the North West of England, helping us keep manufacturing close to home wherever possible.

However, some items may be sourced from specialist manufacturers outside the UK, depending on the product type.

Across everything we make, our focus remains the same: thoughtful design, responsible sourcing, and working with trusted partners to deliver high-quality products as locally and responsibly as possible.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, it will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard within the UK. This service typically delivers within 2 working days after dispatch, although in some cases it may take slightly longer during busy periods or public holidays.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Metta was built around the idea of giving to others in need.

We believe that intentional, thoughtful actions — done consistently — can create real impact. By donating 25% of our profits, every purchase becomes part of something bigger than just a brand or product; it becomes a way to support others and contribute to positive change.

At its core, Metta is about loving-kindness, generosity, and doing what we can to make a difference — even in simple ways.

How much does shipping cost?

For UK addresses, we offer a flat rate of £5.00. For European countries, shipping is a flat rate of £10.00.

If you are collecting your order in person, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a free shipping discount code.

Delivery costs will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
